The following
in-home services are available to residents:
 Clarity
Care
Our affiliated agency helps people of all ages receive home care when
hospitalization or a nursing home isn’t an option, or when family is
unable to help.
The qualified health professionals of CC will work with you and your
doctor to develop a plan specific to your needs.
Home Health
Stay in your own home and have Home Health staff come right to your home to
help you with home chores, shopping, errands and personal cares.
Maintenance
As well as providing maintenance to Heritage Court, our maintenance
staff also offer their services to residents. Some of the things our
residents have requested help with:
- Hanging
pictures and mirrors.
- Installing
curtain rods and blinds.
- Hanging
curtains.
- Assemble
entertainment centers, etc.
