• Air Conditioners - a wall sleeve                                                    is provided in the living room.
• Air conditioners can be rented from Heritage Court.
• All residents sign a one-year lease. However, the one-year lease will be waived if resident’s health deems resident can no longer remain independent and needs more care than in-home services can provide.

To reserve an apartment a Security Deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. The Security Deposit will be returned, minus a carpet cleaning charge, when resident leaves apartment if apartment shows just normal wear and tear.

Below Market Rent Apartments:
We have a number of apartments available at a reduced monthly cost for those who qualify: Income limits apply and are set by State of Wisconsin. Yearly recertification is required. To qualify for a below market rent apartment, a prospective resident needs to complete and return a Summary of Family Income Form which can be obtained by calling Sharon, Manager of Heritage Court, at (920) 236-6540.
